Methodology

Vivékin Group has a well-researched assessment that allows you to develop a comprehensive picture of your leadership intelligences and develop a strategy around them. For individuals, the assessment comprises both a set of multiple-choice questions and a group of scenario-cases. Together, they help you discover your leadership intelligences profile (which ones you are strong in and which ones need development) and also determine how you use the intelligences in practice. When it comes to teams and organizations, we use a mixture of ethnographic methods and capability analysis to determine the LI™ of the group or organization. Once we have identified the LI™ profile of our client organization, we study the organization for processes and practices that are inhibiting it from utilizing its LI™ fully. We then use management thinking and ethnographic methods to change status quo in the organization and push our client toward developing and using LI™ to become an industry leader.
